Sticky notes

This is a little application that I wrote for teachers to use on the white board. I was often running exercises where children had to write an idea on a sticky note and put it on a board.

The problem with this is that it used a lot of sticky notes and any child more than a few feet away from the front of the classroom couldn't see what anyone else had written.

So I wrote this application. If you click here, it will open up a new window where you can type in your notes (as well as pick what shape and colour). When you load it up, it will tell you how many notes it will fit onto your screen and it's really self-explanatory when you're using it.

If you want to keep your screen of notes, when you've finished entering them in:

• Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard to take a screen grab.
• Load up your favourite image software. Anything like Paint, Photoshop, Word or PowerPoint will do.
• Use your image software to paste the screen grab. Pressing Ctrl + V on your keyboard should work.
• You can now save this to refer to later (although you won't be able to edit it).
