About Viking Electrics

Viking Electrics was originally formed in 1980 and was incorporated in 1990. The company runs under the guidance of Roy Cashmore and Ian Potts, both having over 30 year's experience in the Electrical Iindustry.

During the late 1980s the company joined the NICEIC and Electrical Contractor's Association, two well recognised bodies in the Electrical Industry.

The company has a well-qualified and motivated team of technical and administrative staff to support them. Our engineers are JIB Graded and are holders of the ESCS Health and Safety Assessment and card. All staff training is reviewed on a regular basis to achieve the highest degree of Health and Safety both on and off site. Our finest asset is our workforce, and to achieve the best from them we have committed ourselves to the 'Investors In People' scheme.

The company also recognised its need of certification of Health and Safety by a reputable body and the company are accredited members of Safe Contractor.

The introduction of the WEEE Directive has strengthened our committment to the environment and we actively review our policies on reducing waste and conserving all types of energy.

The company's activities in the leisure and commercial sector enable us to take on contracts up to £300,000.
