Portable Appliance Testing! What is it?
One of our highly-qualified, electrically-competent engineers will test, inspect and record each of your electrical appliances in accordance with the required legislation. An itemised report will be submitted on completion.

Why is Portable Appliance Testing carried out?
The Electricity At Work Act 1989 required that precautions be taken against the risk or personnal injury or death caused by electricity in the workplace. Therefore all employers are legally required to ensure that all electrical appliances are safe and suitable for use.

It is your duty to protect your employees in the workplace and all electrical appliances should be regularly checked and maintained.
